Chicago Golden Gloves Charities, a registered 501 (c)(3), was founded on the belief that training in boxing instills a sense of self-respect, discipline and accomplishment in the youth of our community. Given opportunity through sport, lives can be guided and shaped, resulting in positive, productive citizens.

In addition to hosting the 13-night tournament, Chicago Golden Gloves Charities covers the flights, lodging, meals, uniforms and other expenses for the men's and  women's Open division champions (and officials) to compete at the National Golden Gloves tournament. In addition, we donate to local boxing gyms in need and affiliated organizations.
